Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to the development of our team.
- Contribute to the implementation of safety and quality initiatives at the point of care.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
