Program Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to join our team at The Tsui Group. As a Program Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.
- Monitor and actively participate in project and program scheduling issues, administering best practices and standards.
- Obtain accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and perform QA/QC on information received.
- Create and develop conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types, including large complex multi-year projects.
- Perform Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analyses.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management.
- Minimum of five (5) years full-time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
- Salary Range: $147,000-$152,000.
- Medical, Vision, & Dental – 100% covered for the employee.

- 10.5 days of Vacation pay (Accrued).
- 6 days of Sick pay (Available Immediately).
- 13 days of Holiday pay.
- 3% Employer Contribution 401k (After 1 year of service).
