The Senior Assembly Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to foster continuous improvement within the assembly environment, maintain an orderly workspace, and adhere to quality protocols to guarantee that only top-quality products reach our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all assembly personnel
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Customer Relations VP to optimize assembly line schedules
  • Establish expertise in all product assembly processes
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Execute product assembly in accordance with established SOPs
  • Ensure quality assurance at the source by diligently following quality control measures
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies within the assembly process
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate methods for minimizing waste and non-value-added activities
  • Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge across various assembly areas
  • Utilize our work tracking system for accurate reporting
  • Engage in culture and skills training as necessary
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace in line with 5S principles
  • Actively participate as a team member, committed to learning, growth, and process enhancement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Background in product assembly is essential
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary
  • Ability to lead with a focus on humility
  • Familiarity with 5S methodology is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs
