Your Role

As a leading Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractor in Arizona, we are in search of motivated and proactive individuals who prioritize efficiency, dependability, and family values.

We are looking for a meticulous, seasoned, and licensed Commercial HVAC Operations Manager to become part of our organization.

Compensation

$ K Based on skills, experience, performance, and ongoing training participation

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans and detailed schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Estimating and crafting clear proposals that comply with the terms of each Job Order Contract.
  • Preparing project documentation for submission to stakeholders.
  • Effectively allocating resources to maximize project efficiency.
  • Implementing quality assurance and control measures to meet industry standards.
  • Managing purchasing to ensure all orders align with the interests of Tempe Mechanical and its clients.
  • Conducting risk management to proactively identify safety hazards, scheduling conflicts, and budget concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout project execution.
  • Overseeing project closeout activities, including final inspections.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Higher education or college degree preferred.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with projects in healthcare and educational facilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Fast Pipe/Fast Duct.
  • Extensive understanding of construction principles and processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
