We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry Specialist. This is a 13-week contract position with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac rhythms.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs, including ECGs, and report any abnormalities to the physician.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the United States.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemetry or a related field.
- Cardiac Tele experience required.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $44.
