Position Summary

The Swimming Pool Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the upkeep and servicing of swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance on assigned pools, spas, and water features, ensuring each visit enhances the property's appearance.
  • Thoroughly clean filtration systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Service heating, circulation, and dehumidification systems to ensure functionality.
  • Repair lighting fixtures both above and below the water surface.
  • Inspect and maintain pool accessories such as covers, diving boards, and slides for safety and performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for cleaning supplies and replacement parts.
  • Timely report necessary repairs and suggest upgrades to both the office and clients.
  • Independently manage tasks to ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Perform all duties with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental considerations.
