Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Leadership: Provide exceptional customer service, train and coach store employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
  • Merchandising and Marketing: Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Cash Handling and Fuel Transactions: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling, fuel transactions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Identify, develop, and empower store employees to achieve their full potential, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills, working closely with the Store Leader and other team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in customer service, team leadership, and sales growth.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel), with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
