Job Title: Speech Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Sigma Healthcare. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients with speech and language disorders. You will perform screenings, assess patient condition, and design therapy and treatment plans to help patients develop necessary speech skills.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Creating treatment and therapy plans for individual patients
- Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders
- Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes
- Keeping detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, and progress

Requirements:

- Effective clinical problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and families
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license

Qualifications:

- Experience in an SNF setting
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Certification in accordance with the American Speech Language Hearing Association
