Bartender - Norwood

Ford's Garage Norwood is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and excellent communication skills.
• Valid food safety certification or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

This position requires prolonged standing, lifting, and bending. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
