Automation Engineer Job Description

GPAC is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation systems that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation systems using CAD software and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems
  • Verify dimensional accuracy of structural layouts and installations
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure documentation meets specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and electrical circuits
  • Excellent math skills, including geometry and trigonometry
  • Proficient in drafting programs and CAD software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
