Day Shift

As a Residential Cleaner at Regency at Northpointe, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of residents' living spaces and shared areas within the community. You will adhere to established cleaning protocols, coordinate daily cleaning tasks with healthcare services, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Promote dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a homelike atmosphere for residents.
  • Transport linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials using wheeled carts to maintain organized storage areas.
  • Sanitize equipment and surfaces using disinfectants or steam cleaning methods.
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and empty waste receptacles to meet health standards.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and fellow staff.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Demonstrate compassion and a genuine interest in serving the senior community.
