Job Opportunity

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time certified swim instructors to teach one-on-one private swim lessons. This part-time position starts at $15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach private swim lessons to individuals of various ages
  • Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Certification in CPR, AED, First Aid, and O2
  • YMCA of Greater Richmond swim instructor training or completion within 6 months of hire
  • Desired: current YMCA/or American Red Cross Lifeguard/or Ellis certifications
