Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques.
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluating functional status and occupational therapy needs.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
