We are seeking an experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Tri-Cities, Washington. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Trauma Performance Improvement Program, ensuring quality care for trauma patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and reports on trauma patient outcomes and performance improvement activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care.
- Develop and implement education programs for staff to improve knowledge and skills related to trauma care.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trauma registry or trauma care system.
- Advanced understanding of trauma process improvement, terminology, and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CEN, CCRN, TCRN, CSTR, or CPHQ certifications.
- Experience with hospital quality management/QI programs.
