Reception Coordinator

  • Process transactions and registrations through a digital system
  • Oversee entrance for safety and security
  • Notify management of any inappropriate behavior
  • Assist with event check-out procedures
  • Conduct facility tours when required
  • Implement guest service standards consistently
  • Encourage social interactions among families
  • Engage with guests genuinely and enthusiastically
  • Maintain inventory and supplies at the front desk
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of entrance and lobby areas

Qualifications:

Skills: Effective Communication, Customer Relations, Organizational Skills, Professional Demeanor, Stress Resilience

Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred
