Job Summary

This full-time opportunity offers 38-40 hours a week and includes hiring ALL shifts - First, Second, and Overnight.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Following the Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP) to ensure individualized care and support.
  • Documenting program results and communicating with supervisors about progress and concerns.
  • Providing assistance with daily needs, including grocery shopping, running errands, and personal care.
Requirements and Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 1 year of DSP or CNA experience is preferred, but not required. Thorough training will be provided during employment to excel at this position.
