Job Summary:

This is a seasonal, hourly position at ADM. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Operating grain dryers
  • Assisting with grain handling
  • Performing general housekeeping duties
  • Conducting general maintenance, as needed

Requirements:

  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
  • Understanding and adherence to company safety procedures
  • Commitment to upholding the ADM Code of Conduct
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License (required for positions in specific regions)
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Ability to work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work near or around dry/liquid fertilizers
  • Ability to operate power industrial equipment
  • Ability to work near or on water (for Barge/Terminal locations)
