Your Contribution:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service calls to evaluate representatives' demeanor, technical accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Input data into systems to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and maintain records of customer service requests and complaints.
  • Complete contract forms, determine service charges, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders.
  • Trace orders as necessary and inform customers of any updates regarding their merchandise, including shipping and tracking details.
  • Engage in proactive decision-making to enhance service delivery.
  • Drive results through effective communication.
  • Compile and follow procedures to ensure consistency in service.
  • Perform various customer service activities to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management systems or similar platforms.
