As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our spare parts inventory, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Process and fulfill customer orders for spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory management processes.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems a plus.
This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance and adherence to company policies and procedures. The incumbent must be able to operate a computer and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
