Join Our Team as a Home Health Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Registered Nurse. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to client homes as needed
