Key Responsibilities- Implement the physician's prescribed plan of care, ensuring the child's needs are met and their condition is monitored and reported.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Provide health education and training to family members, empowering them to take an active role in the child's care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address client problems, concerns, and changes in condition, ensuring the child receives the best possible care.
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization.
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience, with a preference for experience in pediatric care.
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at client locations.
