Adecco Medical & Science presents an exceptional opportunity for a Hybrid Registered Nurse located in Manhattan, New York. This is a Full-Time role that allows for a combination of in-home and virtual work environments.

Compensation: $55-$58 per hour.

Work Schedule: Flexible schedules available.

Typical hours include Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hourly compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited nursing program is preferred.
  • Active New York State RN License is mandatory.
  • Experience with UAS-NY or Oasis Community Assessment tool is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an in-home setting within the last decade is required.
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, particularly in home care and with individuals with physical or developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including telehealth assessments, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment, with proven skills in community engagement.
  • Familiarity with long-term care services and programs.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region, including visits to clients' homes.

  • Self-assign your territory based on proximity to your residence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review completed Community Health Assessment tools to assist physicians in finalizing orders.
  • Conduct follow-ups with individuals assessed through in-person interactions.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on consumer assessments for long-term care services and supports.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to assess cases and validate outcomes.
  • Collaborate to monitor clinical quality and address care gaps.
  • Offer clinical and educational support for project initiatives.
  • Exhibit communication skills necessary for interpreting age-specific responses.
