Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Caulking Specialist to join our team at Picasso Painting And Power Washing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caulking, sanding, and wall finishing.
About the Role: As a Caulking Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a watertight seal between different surfaces and structures. This includes caulking joints, seams, and other areas where water may penetrate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Caulking: Apply caulk to joints, seams, and other areas to prevent water intrusion.
- Sanding: Smooth out rough edges and surfaces to create a flawless finish.
- Filling nail holes: Use the right techniques and materials to conceal any imperfections.
- Brush work: Apply paint using a variety of brushes to achieve a professional look.
- Rolling and spraying: Use specialized equipment to apply paint efficiently and evenly.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in caulking, sanding, and wall finishing.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- License: A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
