Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment is seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. As a member of our urology department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and provide exceptional care to our patients.
Key Highlights- Competitive Compensation: $655,000 guaranteed starting salary, with opportunities to earn more based on productivity
- Signing Bonus and Relocation Package: $50,000 signing bonus, plus a paid relocation package to support your transition to our community
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: Two dedicated urology suites, one ESWL suite, office procedure rooms, and an outpatient surgery center, equipped with the latest technology, including 3T MRI and da Vinci Xi robotics
- Supportive Team: Experienced clinic and support staff, including urology PAs who run clinics, freeing you up for surgical cases
- Flexible Scheduling: Up to four OR days per week, with a 1:5 hospital call schedule or better, supported by APPs
