Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Dialysis team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis care
Requirements
  • Current state RN licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
