About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pulmonary Fellowship Program at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with complex pulmonary conditions, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Assist with patient education and support, promoting self-management and empowerment of patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
