Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote the client's independence and dignity.
  • Provide companionship and conversation to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
