Job Overview

This is a Mental Health Therapist role within our Behavioral Health Management team. As a key member, you will collaborate with Primary Care Providers to provide best-in-class collaborative care for patients.

You will be working as part of an integrated care team, alongside a Clinical Manager, Care Coordination, and Psychiatric Consultant. Your responsibilities will include treating patients, while also benefiting from administrative support and supervision.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $63,000. We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $2K sign-on bonus paid in the first paycheck after 90 days
  • Automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership development program, up to $10,000 following program completion after year two
  • No billable hour limitations, ensuring peace of mind and consistent pay
  • Quarterly bonuses based on self-care and professional development
  • $1,200 annual technology allowance
  • 401(k) company match up to 3%
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • An active license and good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire
  • Proven experience and competence in brief, structured intervention techniques and evidence-based psychosocial treatments
  • Clinical experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for working with diverse professionals to provide Whole Patient Care
