Office Cleaner Floater

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner Floater to join our team in Northwest Arkansas. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will provide exceptional service to our clients by ensuring their buildings are spotless and clean.

The starting rate for this position is competitive and includes performance and anniversary bonuses. Additionally, you will enjoy flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently as well as part of a team.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Sweeping or vacuuming hard surface floors and carpeted floors
• Dusting work surfaces, furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Cleaning restrooms and replenishing soap and paper products
• Replenishing restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
• Working effectively with other team members

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The physical ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
