Responsibilities:
  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
  • Determine workmanship, materials, equipment, and installed work quality, exercising good judgment and expertise.
  • Develop and implement safety programs, adhering to OSHA and EM-385-1 guidelines, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect with over five years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in Government Construction or Renovations.
  • Eligible for a security clearance.
