Stanford Health Care is seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our service lines. As the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for Service Lines, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrative and clinical leaders who oversee the day-to-day operations of units/clinics associated with assigned service lines.

This role requires a healthcare professional with expertise in process improvement, change management, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving quality, and enhancing patient satisfaction across the continuum of care.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with senior executives, faculty, and staff to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our service lines. This will involve evaluating current operational and referral trends, identifying new market opportunities, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

You will also be responsible for mentoring senior management, faculty, and staff in the principles of process and service transformation. Your ability to communicate effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and drive cultural change will be essential in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of administrative and clinical leaders to achieve operational excellence and improve quality across service lines.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for service lines in collaboration with senior executives, faculty, and staff.
  • Evaluate current operational and referral trends to identify new market opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Mentor senior management, faculty, and staff in process and service transformation principles.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive cultural change and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business, health administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 14 years of progressive responsibility and related work experience or 10 years with a Master's degree.

Salary Range:

$140-$185 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
