Job Title: Tax Partner

A dynamic and experienced Tax Partner is sought to join our thriving finance industry. As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in managing our tax operations, providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the tax department to deliver quality tax services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients in various industries.
  • Review complex income tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tax law.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks through careful evaluation of company operations and financial status.
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to gain their trust and business.
  • Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and partners to drive overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain the company's competitiveness.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a tax role.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
  • Strong understanding of tax law and statutory regulations.
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align tax strategies with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
