About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
  • Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on dialysis treatment and care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent) for experienced PCTs; certification within 18 months of hire for new PCTs.
  • BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs; certification within 30 days of hire for new PCTs.
