Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer service by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
- Account Management: Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Relationship Building: Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships, providing options for bank products and services that meet their financial goals.
- Collaboration: Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed, working collaboratively to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems and a strong customer service focus.
- Proactive Engagement: Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Relationship Building: Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Teamwork: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs and build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- Cash Handling: Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
- SAFE Registration: This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
