Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Island at Flying Point Marina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-volume kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking procedures.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and supplies.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
