Cabinetry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetry Technician to join our team at AAA USA Inc. in Indianapolis, IN. As a Cabinetry Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality cabinetry, divans, ledges, and other interior components for our clients in the business aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate cabinetry and interior components to meet company-approved procedures and quality standards.
• Interpret material specifications and engineering drawings to ensure installed cabinetry meets design specifications and customer expectations.
• Request material needs from approved data in a timely manner to ensure a continuous workflow.
• Adhere to regulatory documentation and ensure proper sign-offs, as well as complete paperwork in accordance with RSQM and other quality standards.
• Follow department safety guidelines and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of company installation procedures, process specs, IOPs, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, with relevant trade school attendance a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the cabinetry build process as it relates to the corporate aviation industry in a completions environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
