About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping people recover from disasters such as fires, floods, and mold infestations. You will work with our team to provide top-notch restoration services, ensuring that our customers' properties are restored to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities
  • Follow established remediation and restoration procedures to clean and restore properties.
  • Operate and maintain company equipment, including hand and power tools.
  • Collect and record detailed documentation of each job, including photos, notes, and videos.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, providing empathy and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct minor demolition and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
  • Availability to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.
