Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in studio events, competitions, and performances to promote the studio and enhance student experiences
Requirements:
  • Strong dance skills and experience in teaching dance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for dance and commitment to ongoing professional development
