Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Rocky Mount Health & Rehab Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care planning, implementing care plans as directed by the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
