Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Tax Consultant to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing audit engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review various tax returns for a diverse clientele, including estates, trusts, gifts, and individuals, along with fiduciary accountings.
- Exhibit a strong passion for specialized tax areas.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting.
- Conduct research on estate, gift, and trust-related matters.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff assigned to projects.
- Address complex accounting and tax issues.
- Serve as a resource for partners on estate, trust, and gift matters.
- Engage in continuous learning and mentorship in estate tax and family planning.

Qualifications:
- MS in Taxation, MPA, or BS in Accounting.
- CPA license required with 5-7 years of public accounting experience.
- Exceptional client service skills and strong oral, written, and presentation abilities.
- Leadership capabilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Local candidates preferred to facilitate a hybrid work schedule.
