About the Role

Blessed Oasis Pet Resort is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a General Maintenance Worker - Specialist. As a vital part of our pet resort, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our furry guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly fence and gate inspections to assess their condition and report to management and the pet resort owner.
  • Repair fencing and gates as needed, and perform preventive maintenance to prolong their durability.
  • Perform simple plumbing and electrical repairs, as well as HVAC maintenance.
  • Lend a hand in general building maintenance, including painting and sheetrock patchwork.
Requirements
  • Comfort and proficiency in working with fencing and gates.
  • Experience in building maintenance for an apartment complex or hotel is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, fencing, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
  • Handyman experience - painting, pressure washing, general upkeep.
  • HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Work Schedule and Location

As a part-time General Maintenance Worker - Specialist, our preferred schedule is Monday - Thursday (during peak season) and occasional weekend/after hours if requested by management for emergency situations only. Our pet resort is located in Fayetteville, NC, providing a convenient and vibrant setting for your work.
