Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Palomar Health Medical Group. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic medical radiographic procedures and studies with a thorough understanding of standard radiography and fluoroscopy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic examinations and maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Prepare room and equipment for patients, process images, and send them to PACS for interpretation.
  • Restock rooms with essential supplies, pick up clean linen, and deliver soiled linen to the drop-off.
  • Perform QA/QC for X-Ray and maintain a thorough understanding of the Radiology Department operations.
  • Assist non-technical staff in processing paperwork, films, and expediting patient transportation.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent, graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • ARRT, CRT, Fluoroscopy license.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in radiology.
