Overview:

Become a vital part of the healthcare team at Riverview Health, recognized for excellence in service. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service while adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their beverage choices.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and tea.
  • May also be responsible for preparing and selling food items.
  • Organize and replenish bar/cart supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions and perform register duties.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following proper food handling techniques.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, ideally 1-2 years.
