We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Midmarket Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales call and team meetings to discuss progress, provide coaching, and set goals.
  • Assign high-priority clients and business development opportunities to qualified team members to close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales funnel, call activity, and 30/60/90-day forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent team building, management, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment while implementing and maintaining sales goals.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
