About the Role

Mister Car Wash is a leading car wash company that is revolutionizing the industry. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our 3rd shift team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and service car wash equipment at Mister stores
  • Develop expertise in hydraulics, welding, plumbing, and other industrial fields
  • Travel between stores to provide routine scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown repairs
  • Build strong relationships with the maintenance and operations team
  • Partner with the regional team to complete high-priority projects and implement new technology launches
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and pride in work
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in breakdown industrial and production maintenance
  • Moderate experience in at least four of the following competencies: electrical, mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while working individually and as a member of a team
  • Sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtime
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
  • Desire to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions as a condition of employment
