Job Title: Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Manager. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, including managing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of physical therapists and support staff
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
  • Eligible for Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • 1 year of prior experience as a PT is required for the Clinic Manager role
  • Full-time is required for the CM role. Candidates with 32 hours of availability per week will be considered
