Compensation: $52,000.89 + (annual)

Work Location: Oklahoma

Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree with a minimum of one year of experience in professional social services within child welfare initiatives
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree with two years of experience as a Child Welfare Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

This position involves overseeing a team of Child Welfare Consultants at various levels, managing intricate cases, and offering expert case guidance.

  • Supervise a group of junior Child Welfare Consultants, providing leadership and support
  • Facilitate team discussions, deliver ongoing case guidance, and mentor junior consultants
  • Assist in managing processes related to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC)
  • Address complex cases and provide expert consultation
  • Oversee investigations, service plans, and court documentation
