Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the entire candidate lifecycle, holding significant responsibility in shaping the candidate journey, particularly for senior-level candidates. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interviewing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule on-site interviews and coordinate with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leadership to ensure efficient and well-organized interview processes.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience through prompt follow-up, effective communication, and quality assistance from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Act as the main point of contact for on-site candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience and smooth flow of the interview schedule.
  • Enter and track candidate information accurately in the database, ensuring relevant parties have access to necessary details.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings effectively.
  • Handle multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-up, and preparation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative, or project management experience.
  • Experience supporting senior management in large corporate environments or senior professionals in professional services firms.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
