Inbound Expert

As an Inbound Expert at Target, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores receive and process merchandise efficiently and accurately. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and process merchandise in a timely and accurate manner
• Stock and backstock merchandise on sales floor and in stockroom
• Maintain sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories
• Operate power equipment safely and efficiently
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage all defectives and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
