Multilingual Speech and Language Pathology Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health in Vista, California.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a strong background in working with individuals with communication disorders.
- This role is an on-site position preferred, and we welcome candidates who are passionate about working in a school setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of speech therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Providing direct therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with other members of the therapy team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
Requirements:
- A valid Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program or a related field.
- A valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license or certification in the state of California.
- Prior experience working with individuals with communication disorders is highly preferred.
- Experience working with AAC devices is also a plus.
